10 March 1883 Croydon's Weekly Standard
Newport Pagnall
Freehold properties for sale ..... the 5th lot was 3 brick built slated cottages with garden grounds,   occupied by John Moseley, Thomas Moseley and Phoebe Smith.

It didn't give an address for the property.
Another article says the rent was 3 shillings per week
---------------------
12 June 1880 Croydon's Weekly Standard

Court Proceedings 9th

Arthur George Sewell, James Leeds Thomas Moseley, John Moseley and Henry Fielding all pleaded guilty to being drunk on the streets of Newport Pagnall on the 8th of June.
They were fined and sentenced to 7 days hard labour.

Taking a look at census again Minnie Ethel (1895) appears to be Thomas' daughter re: 1911 age 15

So it's possible Winifred Mary 1893 belongs to John & Elizabeth later known as Winnie (1901)

Thanks everyone - I need to revisit all the children of all the families in the light of what you collectively have found.

There is a birth Newport Pagnell RD 2Q 1894 of an Annie Moseley but I haven't been on the GRO site yet to see what mmn it shows for this Annie.

And in 1911 there's an Annie, whose age fits with that birth, in the Bathurst household at Draycott Place (FindMyPast transcription says 51 Draycott Place Chelsea, Chelsea, London & Middlesex).

More work to be done..... keeps me busy :-)

Gypsy DRAPERs, children of Billy and Mary - Ellen,Darnity,Spencer,Billy Jnr,Kisby,Ellick
Descendants of Fred and Esther (Garrett) WHITLOCK - Wavendon, Woburn Sands area
Descendants of George and Barbara (Willis) SUTTON - Earls Barton and Nether Heyford
BISSELL - Hanslope, New Bradwell, Bucks and Aston, Birmingham area
Lavinia DRAPER died 1840 Cranfield
Gypsies in the Bow Brickhill and Beds/Bucks border areas

Further thoughts:

1. Winnie was indeed Winifred Mary. There was an Annie Moseley b NP in 1894, but her mmn was French.

Henry Moseley who married Diana Cooke/Cook 1870 appears to be a brother of John and Thomas

His children with mother's maiden name Cook registered Newport Pagnell
Samuel 1870
Abraham 1872
Sarah Jane 1874
Henry 1875
Elizabeth 1876 died 1877 age 1
Elizabeth 1878  died 1878 age 0
William 1879  possible death 1879
Elizabeth 1880
Albert 1883
Herbert 1885

His wife Diana/Dinah died 1886 age 35

1891 his son Samuel is living with John and Elizabeth Moseley age 20 nephew.
His son Abraham 17 is living with Charles and Elizabeth Shelton listed as nephew
His son Henry 15 is a servant in the James Robinson household
His daughter Elizabeth 11 is with her Aunt Victoria Cook and Adelaide Cook.
I couldn't find Sarah Jane his daughter 1891 (still looking)
------
Henry marries 2nd Harriet Sale a widow her 2 children are with them 1901 listed as Moseley
Alice May Sale 1891 mmn Baker
Percy Henry 1892  mmn Baker

So step children to Henry Moseley but not half brother or sister to Henry's children with Diana.
