You will notice that Johnston McLean has a different wife in 1871 census, plus 2 step-children with the surname Creelman.

So his first wife Mary McEwan must have died after the 1861 census and before the 1871.

Johnston’s death certificate names his 2nd wife as Maria Cunningham. (Their marriage 1870 Bridgeton.)

Maria Cunningham had married George Creelman in Girvan in 1846 and had a number of children before George died in 1862.
1851 census Maria (Cunningham) Creelman

I have not yet found a suitable death record for Mary McEwan.
This one seems possible (I’m not fully confident)
Mary McEwan / McLean death age 40 1868 BRIDGETON

I believe this could be Mary in the 1841 and 1851 census

1851 census Mary McEwan (Same street as future husband)

There is a Birth Record of Johnston McLean II. He was born in Girvan in 1820. Could you be able to get the original image of that record?
It will cost me the same amount as it will cost you. Since it is your ancestor, I will allow you the pleasure of purchasing it. ;)

I found Johnston and Mary’s Marriage:
No. That's not the record of Johnston and Mary's marriage. It is an index listing of the marriage. The full document is much more informative and you can view it at Scotland's People for a small fee.

They will be named on his marriage certificate.

Also, Johnston and Margaret were born in Girvan in 1780. I can’t find a record of a marriage or a Birth Record though. Any alternatives?
No.

Before 1855 the only records that exist of births and marriages are the church records of baptisms and proclamation of banns.

Neale1961 has very generously paid for some documents to get you started, and provided pointers for further documents. The rest is up to you. Happy hunting!
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.
