Hi,

My ancestor Etienne (or Stephen) SOULARD ,french huguenot was born in 1656 -Saintes-
He moved to London in 1682 with his wife Marie BERNARD.
He was merchant and banker . I suppose his wife died in 1694 at St Peter le Poer. His second wife was Elizabeth MACKADAM. I' m researching a marriage around 1696.
I know Etienne was living not far from Threadneedle Street.

I found no marriage for this couple in the registers of Threadneedle street, may be they married elsewhere in London.
