We had a relation murdered  by  young lad sadly, he might very well  be walking the streets now

It's perfectly legal to try to trace them, but I wouldn't recommend trying to make contact with them as they so seldom actually reply.

Hmmmmmmm ... I'm not so sure.

Suppose we COULD ... and suppose YOU were one of them. Could you, really and truthfully, resist the temptation to play a practical joke on us and send us off on a total wild goose chase?
