"She married  William Livingstone in 1896  and had 10 children"

Ancestry Census, 1911, Wales, records 10 children born, 10 children living, and names 10 children, including Richard.

The GRO records find 10 births including Harriet Gwen, born 1916, but not Richard, born ~ 1903.

Did mother Margaret Ann LIVINGSTON die in childbirth?

It looks like William (senior) married again in Apr-Jun 1917 in Pontypridd, to a Mary J Davies. The 1921 suggests that 5 of the older children were living with William and his wife (named as Maggie) in Tylorstown.

Here's Richard. Not sure why he's not showing on GRO

From a previous thread in 2021...

All of the [1902] December quarter births in the Neath reg. district have been missed in the GRO indexing.  I have reported the error.

Debra  :)

The answer I got...

Current Status:    Investigated No amendment required
GRO Comments:   Indexed data not available.

No idea what this means.
