Coalville death

Hello
         I have been trying to make discreet enquiries  about a relative who went to prison for 3 years in 1949 and wasn't heard of again.  On Ancestry trees he is reported as dying in Spain in 1936,  but I know he married my dad's cousin in 1948.
On Ancestry there is a death which is not on the GRO website.
Peter Wilson born 9 June 1909
Died Coalville March 1993.
He wasn't cremated at Loughborough, can anyone suggest where to look?

Transcript on FindMyPast for JTP Wilson gives date of birth as 9th June 1909

I am not sure of the birthdate only he was baptised on June 30th 1909 but, when he was caught robbing factories he gave his name as John Thomas Wilson, an alias to hide his past. It was front page of the Yorkshire Post on October 12 1949, so this looks like him.
I contacted his son recently asking about family photos and he told me he had never seen a picture of his father and didn't know about his past.  Rootschatters have done it again and solved the mystery. Many Thanks

He had previously served 3 years.

That's right, he had a son to his first wife too. His criminal career started age 12 in 1921 bound over for stealing chickens. The rest is shocking.
