I agree that Jabez who married Elizabeth Ambler is the likely son of Jabez, the farmer/cow doctor.
In 1841, Jabez and Sarah, of Tanhouse have James, 30 yrs with them.
In 1851, James is still living at Tanhouse. There is a Sarah, 11 yrs, niece and nephew, Jabez with him.
Sarah is 1 yr old with Jabez and Elizabeth  in 1841.
