Hello
His pension record gives a widow Ethel Lillian Bannister
But I can see no marriage in E&Wales.
His medical discharge for Frederick Herbert Bannister 5765 Royal West Kent Regiment says he is 42 on 12.10.1918.So born 1876 not 1882.
He was suffering from TB and had been injured in the Head.
He enlisted 17.2.1915 age 34.So now born 1881 in same document.
His death certificate gives his widow as L Bannister London Road Greenwich.
On her war widow application she is living in Rochester Kent.

No sign of her or Frederick before the War.
