1939 England Register

Hi there
Can anyone access the 1939 Register to see a incomplete transcript?  There is a transcribed record as "Aph?? Blakeman" without a date of birth, on the same record as parents Elsie & Archdale Blakeman.  The child maybe be their son Archdale born in 1932, who passed away in 1969.
Can anyone enlighten me please?  Grateful thanks.
