For information the marriage took place in Toronto. Thomas was living at 300 Gerrard Street East, Toronto.

There are no bmd registers in Canada privacy laws are quite strict. If we can follow Thomas and Helen we might be able to find newspaper obituary which may show if they had children.

Wondered if a death notice for the father might help - Herbert Manley died July 1948 but no names mentioned.

Have you contacted ancestry members about Thomas Manley.  Some have 18 November 1973 and other about 1969 for the date of death (no sources)  Some may indicate there was a male son.

Perhaps contact the Pickering Public Library to see if they can locate an obit for Thomas Manley since he is the one where people are quoting 18 November 1973 as a date of death.

Pickering Public Library also have a facebook page.
