This was Herbert and Gladys grandson Bruce Gilkes - very sad, he was only 19 years.  :'(

Thanks Sandra for sending the two obituaries. I was concerned that I was not seeing it after all your work.  There is a lot of information in Herbert and his wife's obituaries.Thanks again.

Hi Sandra
Could you please do another look up for me in connection with Katherine Alberta Reay. You looked up an entry before but it seemed to be just a one liner. I see on WFP archives an obituary on the 5th and 6 th August 1983. I think the 6th might have the most information. I have nearly got it all pieced together.

The 7th and 8th August 1983 are only death announcements. (Winnipeg Sun) Those were the only two dates available in August 1983

Newspapers.com only have those two dates I gave above.

There is this entry from archives which must be what you mean...........

Thanks Sandra for looking, much appreciated. Were there two pages that I could open from your previous look up. The page I opened had a one line entry for Katherine. Did I miss something.
