Whats the name?

I bought this CDV the other day as I'm researching photographers in the area but I also noticed that this one appears to have the name of the sitter on the back of it.

I'm really struggling to read any part of it and wondered if anyone here could.

Johnson: London & Maidstone
Foster: Essex
Leach: London
Jennings, Camberwell, London
Gray: South London
Dashwood: London
Mason: Maidstone & London
Neville/Stiff: Hampshire & USA

Rushholtz or Bushholtz

....or maybe Buckholtz/Bucholtz, the closest I can see in the UK.
