Good Morning
Carrying on from Osprey.
I can't see the marriage either but he is on the 1871 census with a birth 1839 Wolverley.
Looking at GRO births there is only one in the area
John Postens
Dec 1838 Seisden  mother's maiden name Williams 17 118

Checking with the 1851 census Stourton
William Postins 41 farm labourer Kinver
Jane  41 Rock
George 15 labourer Kinver
John 12 Kinver
James 10 Kinver
Harriet 7 Wolverley
Jane 5 Kinver
Alice 1 Kidderminster
John brother 36 labourer Wolverley

William Postance married Jane Williams at Kidderminster 26 12.1830 with the consent of parents .wit Hannah Postance and William Crow.

William s of William and Sarah Kinver 13 May 1810
John s of William and Mary 19 Feb 1815 Wolverley

I think they must have made a mistake with William's mother as the only marriage I can see is William Postins Enville 30.10.1810 to Mary Mason bach and spinster of this parish
wit Ann Cooper and William Morris.
The couple are at Wolverley 184,1851 ,a861 censuses
William gives his birth as 1786 Worcestershire ,1787 Rochford  and 1786 Wolverley

Possible baptisms
William 26 Feb 1786 Kidderminster s of John and Elizabeth Postin -the one you have
and
William 8.4.1787 Rochford  s of Edward and Mary Postans

So it is possible that William was not the son of John and Elizabeth but Edward and Mary Postans.

So I have been trying to do the family tree and I am struggling somewhat...
Many thanks to you and everyone who has helped me.

You could search on post*   ;)

The 1871 census is a little off. Can't find it on FamilySearch so I'll type up details

Bellevue, Kingswinford RG10/3025 folio 83 pg 44
John Postins head widower 56 forge labourer b. Worcs, Wolverley (appears to be William's brother from 1851 census)
John Postins head mar 32 iron shearer b. Wolverley
Emma wife 26 b. Staffs, Kingswinford
Albert son 6 b. Kingswinford (is this a mistranscribed Allen J?)
James son 3 b. Kingswinford
Elizabeth dau 3 months b. Kingswinford

birth regs
Colin Thomas Postins Stourbridge sept qtr 1863 mmn Parsons
James William Postins jun qtr 1867 Stourbridge mmn Parsons
Charles Edward Postins sept qtr 1869 Stourbridge mmn Parsons - died march 1870
Mary Elizabeth Postins dec qtr 1870 Stourbridge mmn Parsons

John's place of birth is Kinver on other census entries but Wolverley on this one. Enumerator error?

As noted by ciderdrinker, name of mother is different on the 2 baptisms. There is another baptism in Kinver 18 Oct 1812 of Hannah Postings daughter of William & Sarah.

Then in Wolverley to William, labourer, and Mary Postins
John 19 Feb 1815
Maria 23 Feb 1817
George 4 July 1819 - buried 29 May 1820
Harriot 17 June 1821
Thomas 21 Sep 1823
Charles 28 Aug 1826 - buried 18 Aug 1839
Eliza 8 July 1826

1841 census https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:MQ5G-MS5

1851 https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:SGC2-25N

1861 https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:M7X6-Y77 - head of household is son Thomas

The Kidderminster baptism would be ok for birthplace of Wolverley (1861 census) but not Rochford (1851 census)
