Commonwealth War Graves Commission are appealing for blood relatives of Able Seaman William Robert Rate -  Service No :- 196037 - Royal Navy. died 11/4/1919- buried Peterborough Old (Broadway) Cemetery.

The Commission are in the process of producing a headstone to mark his grave.
