Commonwealth War Graves Commission are appealing for blood relatives of Aircraftman 1st Class Griffith Evan Owen - Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve - service no 1667676 - died 11/9/1944 - buried Nefyn New Cemetery

The private memorial marking the grave of Aircraftman 1 st Class Owen no longer provides adequate commemoration.  The Commission are in the process of producing a headstone to mark his grave.

I live localish to Nefyn and believe have found one of the tree owner's on social media.   We have a mutual and friend and I have sent them a friend request.  Hopefully contact can be made.
