Hi Tanya, and welcome to Rootschat.
These records are held at Derbyshire Record Office in Matlock.
https://www.derbyshire.gov.uk/leisure/record-office/derbyshire-record-office.aspxIf you give them all the information you can about the record, they will no doubt be able to send you a copy.
As they are to be sent back to Rempstone, Nottinghamshire, have you tried looking for them there?

Is this the William Callandine that married Ann Nall 2 June 1816 in Melbourne?
There is a tree for them on familysearch.
I'm always very sceptical about trees on family history websites, but they may give you some clues which would need to be followed up by your own research.
William was supposedly born in 1778, (no exact date given, so I expect they have not been able to find the baptism), father Thomas, mother 'Millecent' Holt.
As there would seem to be a child 'Millicent' with Thomas and Ann in the removal order, this looks an interesting possibility. Do you know how old this child Millicent was?
According to the 1851 Census, Thomas was born in Rempston about 1777, and she was born in Melbourne about 1797.
As there is such an age gap here, I'm wondering if he may have been married before this.
The marriage in 1816 in Melbourne might tell you if if was by licence, or whether he was a widower.
I can't see a baptism for Thomas, but there is a baptism for a Robert Calladine 17 Feb 1778 at Rempstone, father Thomas, mother 'Millissent'.
