Year of photo of Tony Morrison

Could anyone please give me a clue to what year this photo was taken, I dont have a back view as the person who sent it me has passed away and the original is gone forever sadly.

I would guess at around 1910 give or take a year or two.

1920's.
The collar bar made popular by WW1 Officers became mainstream
during the 20's.
Not seen so much in the 30's as collar stiffeners had arrived.

I have photos of my father and  his brothers in circa 1922-1925 and they were wearing collar bars then but not when he married in 1931.

I didn't notice the collar bar, it's not obvious...I should have gone to Specsavers  ;
I have postcard photos of individuals sitting in that same style wicker chair that date much earlier than 1920s but I don't suppose the photographers changed their props very often.

Often it only shows by a pulling in of the collar.

I've just found a couple of small images on this machine of my father in early 1920s and one of my mother's cousin.
