Annette, perhaps you are short of something starting with S,( can’t remember exactly) due to lack of sunlight etc in the winter months ,very common, especially so in Northern countries like Scandinavia.
Where days are so short but not at all uncommon in our British Isles.

Sleep patterns can alter and appetite is poor often.
Have a chat with a Health Food shop or Pharmacist if you don’t feel ready to
 discuss this with your Doctor.
It could be a physical cause.
Kind regards .Viktoria.

I think we are saved here as far as sunlight goes as we are actually on a latitude with France, where I am it is southern France.  So now it is getting dark around 6:15, OH went to buy something last evening and wanted to get out before dark as the drivers here are nuts.  That said, our milk is mandated to have extra Vitamin D, I think that helps for children in any case.

I was walking to work yesterday and then was a girl twirling a hula hoop with her toes in various poses. I said that it was amazing and she said that she was just trying different things. Anyone up for it  ;D :P  I said that I use to do ballet but I could not do that.

That sounds like it ,I really feel I could do with some ,been inside far too much since three years ago when my intensive eye treatment started.
Not depressed, but not my usual self .
Thanks.
Strange what can make us depressed .
I had a little dog,a Westie,,had a serious kidney infection ,the Vet said she would be very depressed .
Now why when I ‘d had a severe kidney infection was I not told I would be depressed .?
Not long married and all to look forward to and all I could see was a black tunnel,I felt guilty ,which did not help at all.
It improved and I was O.K. Yet still there seemed to be blame attached to it.
My G.P. had not mention it and I was too ashamed to,not knowing there was a link.
 I would explore a physical link .

Have all the butter bean trees died ?

Can’t find Batchelor’s tinned butter beans, they make a very tasty dish with tomatoes , onions ,mixed herbs ,tomato purée, mushrooms if liked ,a veggie stock cube, pepper and topped with a cheese scone cobbler topping or herb dumplings .
Tried Morrison’s own,yuk, tasteless .
Will drop in Asda in Bury , very near the bus stop for the outdoor market.
Bury is very convenient , however for a while bus services will be disrupted .
Another takeover , and Andy Burnham’s plan not yet in place.

Had some really nice salmon from Aldi, I was impressed , a lemony ginger dressing, 20 mins in oven .£3-50 ,same thing Tesco £4-00 on offer but £5-00
usually.
I liked their pork loin chops and braising steak I got recently.
 ;D ;D ;D
Have some smoked mackerel in fridge too.
Paid £5-40 for kippers in Bury fish market ,that is quite a rise in price.

Both sons are going to a Toy Fair in Bolton’s Reebok Stadium.
They like looking for authentic Match Box, Corgi, and Dinky toys, especially broken ones to cannibalise to repair all the ones they played with when small.
They loaded sand with them, steam rolled earth , dug sand with the miniature mechanical shovels etc ,in fact actually played with them .
It shows ,so now they are restoring them!  ;D ;D ;D ;D ::)

Authentic paint etc.
Well, they are  only  66 and 64 respectively, in June and April.

Lovely day today and got big towels and towelling bathrobe on the line ,all dry.
Pond filter and oxygenator working OK , after the big freeze I was worried.

So goodnight folks ,look after yourselves and thanks for the news .
Kind wishes to all who are troubled .
Viktoria.
