Hi, MasonT78

I have been able to fill in some of your blanks and have corrected other words that were incorrect, i.e. Sunday is Saturday.  I've also added the quotations around the name of the ship, which are present in the copy and capitalized words that are capitalized in the copy.

I beg to enclose a requisition
in duplicate of certain articles
urgently required to be forwarded
to Launceston for the supply
of a Probation Party, to be formed
at Westbury and which articles
are not at present in the
Ordnance stores.

In order that no impediment
may be thrown in the way of
forming this Party I have the honour
to request that a special
order may be given for the
immediate purchase of these
stores, so that may be shipped
on board the "Lady Franklin"
which is appointed to sail on
Saturday next.

I have the honour to be
Sir,
Your Obedient Servant
J Moore?

P.S I am compelled to ?
for on this subject from the
communications, that only having
understood to day that this
stores were not in ? [or, 'stores were sent in Nov.']

Ordnance, I might have subjected
myself to blame if the vessel
sail without them, should
this representation not have
been made.

I think it's "However, I might have subjected
myself to blame ..."

Hi, MasonT78,

Maddy52's read of that one word was a very good possibility, so I went back and did a photo comparison with the previous word on page 1 "Ordnance", which is quite clear.  While the "Or" in the word at the top of page 2 is written in a fashion for the times, I think you'll see from the remaining letter formations that the word is "Ordnance".

I hope this helps.
