The actual image in 1963 gives the name as Myers, C.E. Pat.  Gentleman. No occupation given.

Lists are alphabetical, not separated by households, so all the Myers are together which is why you are seeing Clayton and his wife listed above C.E.P. Myers, gentleman.  No Gertrude or Mrs. C.E.P. noted so she must have passed away between 1963 and 1968.
