William Thompson - born abt 1837 in Ironbridge area

I looked at the marriage between William and Rosetta in 1858 that garstonite mentions, yesterday.  Isaac is listed as a Saw Maker.


I didn't see the family in a quick search of the 1841 and 1851.

There is a family in 1841 that might match but Isaac's occupation is nearly invisible. I've tried to bring it up.

Thanks for the update.

Nothing appears crystal at the minute.  I suppose William could be illegitimate and have falsified the fathers name. 

I’m just hoping something is mistranscribed and it can be eventually found and unravelled!
