I don’t see any deaths in Chorley district 1873-1881 which might be Thomas.

Where do you have this information re Thomas’ birth?

I am researching Thomas Taylor b abt 1844 Wellington heath herefordshire  who married a mary ann treherne in ledbury herefordshire 1873

The published trees I can see, have Thomas as son of Samuel and Caroline (Lane) which would be a birth in December quarter 1848.
