How can I find if these Greens were siblings?

In 1875 William Mitchell married Jane Annie Green (minor) in Lincoln. She was the daughter of William Green, labourer and censuses say she was born in Kimbolton, Hunts. She was born about 1855.
In 1884 Eliza Ann Mitchell, sister of William, married James Green, son of William Green, labourer, in Wragby, Lincs. He was born in about 1861, in Peterborough (census birthplace). It seems that the Greens might be siblings (Peterborough is fairly close to Kimbolton). I can see possible birth regs for both in St Neots District but can’t find James on GRO to confirm mmn.

Edit: I think I’ve possibly found him now, with a different mmn. Maybe cousins or possibly half-siblings? but I’ve not found them in censuses pre marriage.

Many thanks for your hard work. I’d found Jane’s birth reg but not James’s and I couldn’t find him in the 1871 Census either, because I was missing him due to the wrong age in that.
