Sorry I thought you were talking about Guissepina rather than her Mother. Because we descend from the Parmiter/Gillingham rather than the Parmiter/Ayres I haven't gone back to Guissepina's parents.

Have had a quick look at the Primavesi Family this afternoon.

According to the only 1871census record for Guiseppina, the only record I have apart from her marriage, she was born c.1845 in Italy.

Elizabeth Collett Loader married Joseph Primavesi in 1847 and he was 20 years older than her. They disappear after 1861so perhaps to Italy. The Family came from the Lombardy region. I am not sure Elizabeth was Guiseppina's Mother.

I need to do more research on the Family but my eyes  need a rest as I have worked on this for 3 days solid.
