Spent a while trawling through looking for the family and agree with the above.

Can anyone work out the birthplace of William Williams, I believe its Llechcynfarwy (in modern spelling).    He's an agricultural Labour in 1891 but seems to have progressed to being a Slate Quarryman in later census.  I nekver realised that there were slate mines on Anglesey till I just had a google now.

Margaret seems to wander around the slate valleys of Caernarfonshire - LLandygai, Llanddeiniolen and Bethesda all in the same area though.

Its interesting to track the children's birthplaces on google maps to see the areas around which they moved - all very close together.

If this is the one baptised 11th June 1905 at Cerrigceinwen (about 10 miles from the town of Menai Bridge) then her parents are William and Margaret. Do you have a copy of her birth certificate to see if it is the right one?

Would agree with Ladyhawk, her marriage details would confirm or rule out if her father was William. His occupation could have changed post 1911 to their marriage date. Unable to see father's occupation in 1921.

There was a number of children who died, but all boys on census except Maggie Ellen so there seems a lot of similarity to your family info.

Welsh family history can be difficult, certs are needed to confirm you are on correct family path.

This is very likely her birth registration, which would give parents and date of birth. PDF on GRO is around £7.00
