How to determine days in between a single and double date - Re Winthrop Fleet

Hi all,

I'm wondering how to determine the number of days in between two dates.  They are:

1. 13 Jun 1630 - First ship in Winthrop fleet arrives in the Massachusetts Bay Colony.

2. March 6, 1631/2 - A record from the General Court of Massachusetts, concerning Gov. Thomas Mayhew (and others).

How many days are between those dates?  Is it 256 days, or is it 631 days?  Or, something else?  ???
