Urquhart Poor Records

I'm wandering if anyone has access to the Urquhart poor records circa 1915 - 1928
I'm looking for Amelia or Emily Carmichael who died on 24th October 1964 in Dr Gray's Hospital, Elgin
I've looked on the Moray Lib Index site and her partner is William Thompson.  I haven't find a  marriage for them.   Amelia had a number of children
On the site it says she applied twice. 
First     date between 1915 & 1921 Ref: 7PUR A 5/5 P45
Second date between 1922 & 1928 Ref: 7PUR A 5/5 P81
If anyone has access to these records, I would be interested if William's name was mentioned
Unfortunately, I'm unable to visit Elgin to look up.
