Look up request for a death notice in Essex county in 1980

Hi.
Is it possible to look up a database to find a death registration in Essex Count, UK  for someone who died in October 1980 ?  I have a possible  entry #, but not sure what database this entry is from

The Page and Volume numbers are from the Registration of Death records , they can be found at https://www.freebmd.org.uk/cgi/search.pl
Not sure what the Line 2 is.
You can use the page and volume numbers to order a death certificate online from https://www.gov.uk/general-register-office

2 possibles - the December qtr covers the period October - December
