According to a check on https://www.isitdownrightnow.com/kentarchaeology.org.uk.html the site is down and has been for at least a week.

I hope it's only temporary. It would be sad to lose such a brilliant Kent resource.

There has been some correspondence about it by the. Kent Family History Society, apparently the Kent Archeology are refreshing their website, until it is done use the following.
