I used to do a lot of restores but my eyes started acting up. They seem OK at the moment. I'm using  my laptop for working on images these days.

It's a lovely image, with little damage and Carol's scanning is really great, so it was enjoyable to do.  If only all the pics uploaded here were as good as this one.

Beautiful work Gadget. My favourite is the first one. Colours are lovely and reminiscent of Gainsborough. Very nice indeed.

You have that understanding of the importance of authenticity and deserve the feedback.
We have become so used to seeing false representations using one click aps, that when a true restore and colour comes along, the difference shows
