hi. i am looking for the exact birth date and place for william hughes.
he was born in the st helens/haydock area of lancs.abt 1871 / 1872
father was john hughes from wales. and mary bains from lancs.
think he was in batley yorks dewsbury.in the 1881 census.
married emma amelia williams in devonport 1902 i think.

ahhhh. your post helped a great deal and narrowed it down. he was born 1st q of 1872 in Warrington. mothers maiden name bains. a great help thank you.brian
