Frances Madeline CLIFTON death March 21st 1857. St.Dunstans

Hi , until yesterday I didn't know this girl was actually named Frances as well as Madeline . I just found a paper clipping with her death notice . She was born in China and though her mother was in London with her in 1861 ? I have in my notes that her mother had  also returned to England in 1867 but NO SOURCE …( possibly to claim her inheritance as her mother had died Oct 1866 ) .
My query today is if some kind soul could tell me who was living at 5 Victoria St. St Dunstans in around March 1867 . It might help me find Frances father Samuel Clifton side of the family . I will also send away for her death cert which might have who was present at time of death .
Any neighbours names might help .. thanks Fred .

On the 24 November (1855) Mrs. Samuel Clifton of Shanghai China a daughter.
