Commonwealth War Graves Commission are appealing for blood relatives of Gunner William Edward Charles - Royal Field Artillery - died 16/12/1914 - service no 651 -  buried Hailsham Cemetery.

The private memorial marking the grave of Gunner Charles no longer provides adequate commemoration.  The Commission are in the process of producing a new headstone to mark his grave.
