Hi
Sadly, it doesn't help with Frances. Haven't found a marriage so far.
First baptism?
Beddingham, 3 April 1757
Joseph, Son of Joseph & Frances Ackhurst

There's a baptism at Alfriston, 17 May 1724
Joseph, Son of John + Mary Akurst
An ESRO transcript says mother's name amended to Sarah on the BT

Burial at Alfriston, 26 January 1799
Joseph Akehurst
Is that Joseph of Beddingham?
Interesting in light of the property record.

Frances was alive when her husband made that will, which was in 1792.
Daughter Sarah Henty is mentioned.
So any marriage of Joseph and Frances ought to be further back than thought.
Joseph at one time had a brother William.
