« on: Wednesday 07 September 05 19:45 BST (UK) »
Hi, I am looking for Mary Ann Elizabeth ELGRAM, born around 1859/1860, I have a marriage certificate when she married Joseph John FRENCH, in 1879 in St Thomas Church, Parish of Bethnal Green, her father was William Elgram, I think he was a mariner, very curly writing!
She was 19 at time of marriage and her address is given as 24 Orange Street.  She has been eluding me for some time!! no luck at GRO.

any tips anyone?

Hi Carol

I remembered we'd tried to solve this one before, so to help out others who will try to solve it for you (and to prevent duplicate lookups and replies) see also http://www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php/topic,58733.0.html

Best of luck
Jonathan
