Commonwealth War Graves Commission are appealing for blood relatives of Pvt Edward Hodges - Canadian Pioneers - service no 166799 - died 4/9/1916 - buried Snodland Cemetery.

The private memorial marking the grave of Pvt Edward Hodges no longer provides adequate commemoration. The Commission are in the process of producing a new headstone to mark his grave.

Road educated at the C of E School, Brook Street.
