Lavinia could be philomena?  The other children match    Have you noticed the sponsor Rosa Hill.  Could that possibly be the mother of his second wife Jane ? Whom he married soon after the death of his first wife.

and also Everardus Bexton birth 27 Feb 1888 Baptism 02 Apr 1888 same mother & sponsor details as above

1891 the family were boarding at a local pub.    Henry, Jane and their children including a one day old infant.  This info was taken on 5th April 1891.  One day after the date of birth you have for Arthur Bexon (although it does say 1892 could be an error?).

I think that Alfred and Hoff are the same person as I have the same date of birth for Hoff as you have discovered for Alfred.  Also Hoff/Alfred living granddaughter said as far as she knew her grandfather was called Alf although I don’t believe she ever met him and is an older lady herself now.
