Viewing trees on MyHeritage
« on: Sunday 05 March 23 22:42 GMT (UK) »
I have a Complete subscription to MyHeritage, however I can't see how to view the entire family trees of my matches when they have one. For example an informative is added to a match I am reviewing telling me that he/she appears in a family tree of 150 people. So I click on the tree "button" and all that opens is a tree with 1 person or maybe 10 people. How can I open up the remainder of the tree?

Open the list view of everyone and click on one of the earliest people, you may not get all the tree but you should get a lot more of it.
Sorry if that's a bit vague, trying to to write of memory, I'll check the steps later. I'm on my old iPad at the moment which won't open My Heritage.

View Tree opens in Pedigree View for me, with only a few individuals. Change to Family View in the top tree menu, which opens a top down tree view with more people and links to expand the branches.

I don't look at them very often but, to get all of the info, I use the Family view.
