FindMyPast has transcription only for a Matthew Danser s/o Thomas and Margaret in Wigan on 28 Aug 1774.
Would fit nicely in the sequence of children if this was a transcription error and Danser was really Danson
Berks / Oxon: Eltham, Annetts, Wiltshire (surname not county), Hawkins, Pembroke, Partridge
Dorset / Hants: Derham, Stride, Purkiss, Sibley
Yorkshire: Pottage, Carr, Blackburn, Depledge
Sussex: Goodyer, Christopher, Trevatt
Lanark: Scott (soldier went to Jersey CI)
Jersey: Fowler, Huelin, Scott

Image of above on Ancestry looks more like Dansor. I think this might be the one

Yes, that looks very possible, indeed.
Lancashire online parish clerks has that entry transcribed as Matthew Danser.

Well spotted , I have looked at all three transcriptions ,Wigan All Saints being the clearer image ,

Going back in my tree for Mathew Danson born 18th Aug Wigan,Married Helen Aspinall Billinge 16th June 1793 Following descendants of Mathew every thing falls in line unto the present day. This Mathew is one and the same that Lizzie L has found.
