My great grandmother Mary Carroll was Born 1885-6 I think in Navan Meath Father Thomas Carroll. Moved to liverpool between 1900-10. I looking for information the Carroll family I know going back on them. Not even her mothers name

Who did she marry & when?  Is her fathers name of Thomas on the marriage cert?  What was his occupation.

Have you looked for her on the 1911 census which should give her full birthplace

I can see a Mary Carroll in Liverpool with father Thomas but she shows as born Liverpool.
Thomas is a House Painter and b Dublin

She married Arthur Edwin Paul 1911 Lpool
Her full name is Mary Carroll, and her birthplace says Ireland. We know she was born Navan Meath through my grandmother.

Yes but just Ireland

Her name is not uncommon.  Your opening post says "I think in Navan"

Your reply now says "we know she was born Navan Meath through my grandmother"

Whilst the 1911 shows her in Liverpool in 1911 - she married Sept qtr 1911  - the only 1901 entry fitting her profile was a pupil in a Convent school in Manchester so difficult to say if it's the same person. 

You haven't confirmed her fathers occupation from her 1911 marriage cert as per reply above.  You just say his name was Thomas.  Please confirm whether you have the 1911 marriage cert.
