Given that the baptism of Duncan on the Isle of Islay on 25 November 1792 is after the baptism of Efrick on 31 May 1792 in Kintyre, I think you can safely dismiss this Duncan Taylor and Mary Graham from consideration.
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.

Is there no records of occupations in Skipness, one that possible can give more info on Duncan as a shoemaker ?
His son Archibald was born in Calfin, could this be a clue ?

Also his son Robert was a shoemaker in 1841 census. He was staying with the McCallum's.

I can't think of any offhand, but perhaps Argyll and Bute Archives https://liveargyll.co.uk/facility/archives/ may know of something.

It might, if for example you could look through the parish register and see who else lived in Calfin. However there are huge gaps in the records so the absence of a record is not evidence of the absence of events that should have been recorded. See screenshots below of details from https://www.nrscotland.gov.uk/files//research/list-of-oprs/detailed-list-of-old-parochial-registers-of-scotland.pdf.

Calfin is shown as Coilfin on this map https://maps.nls.uk/view/216389977 just west of Skipness. It's also shown as Coalfin on the first edition of the Ordnance Survey map https://maps.nls.uk/view/216389977.

There are some photographs of the area here http://www.geograph.org.uk/gridref/nr8958
