French handwriting, occupation please.

could someone help Me ,

I do not know what this occupation would be translated to English.

EXTON, from Rutland, Stamford, Boston, Lincoln. LANES, from Coleby,to Bracebridge Lincoln.WAKEFIELD,PROUDMAN Cheshire and  Stafford.<br />PINDAR, MOORE, ,CHAMBERS mostly from Lincolnshire.
LAING from Elgin ,Scotland.
 HADDELSEY from Caistor,and Grimsby Lincolnshire.                   
 Parfitt, Le Gros ,Le Sueur, from Jersey.
Martin, from Doncaster  to whelyn garden city, London.
BINT, Worchester, in Australian mint.

I'm struggling with the first two words but the second two look like "des douanes".

So something "of Customs"

Thank you , I tried all different letters in to a transcriber,

just got "gobble goo"  :)

I think the first word is Lieutenant.
