Any guesses on the back writing would be appreciated
Or corrections to what I think is written

I think that is correct
There is one much darker spot by the man's left collar
So they may have fixed (or hidden) something there

And made the purchaser sign to agree to pay
Which I have never seen on any of the 60 or so other crayon portraits that I have.
