Hello and thank you so much for all your help, for years I have thought that Lillian was born and raised in Canada,so to find out she was born in England was a real eye opener.I have tried for so long to find her parents and where they are laid to rest,I have certainly been looking in the wrong place, sincere thanks for all your hard work, kind regards Dean

You are very welcome.

Lillian’s 2 brothers also came to Canada to settle.

It looks like Julian served in the first world war. Also looks like his dad had returned to England. This is his record. Slow to load…

Julian died in British Columbia in 1962…

Charles also died in British Columbia, in 1970…

The marriages of Lillian’s 2 sisters are available on Ancestry if you have a sub.

Pleased to be of help.

In case you don’t have it, this is the family in the 1921 census, lines 15-18. I believe the 1931 census is expected to be released this coming June.

You can look for deaths of Leila and Nellie here. I too suspect they may be sisters.

Thank you so much for this interesting information polar bear, our ancestors certainly did not make it easy to read these old documents,I am very interested to find out if these 2 were sisters and if they went onto have children with Julian and Charles,it is all really fascinating, thank you sincerely,Dean
