Aren't they and the Passport Office one and the same thing? And aren't they just about to go on strike?

Unless they literally switch everything off as they leave I cannot see a walkout of staff affecting a website unless the site gets taken down for maintenance and then they walkout, leaving the site down.

I wondered about the strike too, but after a bit of checking, I don't think it's due to start until the beginning of April. And the stories I found seemed to refer only to Passport Offices, not the GRO, though that may be because the writers didn't know they were connected.
