Is it possible, on some site or other, to look up people with exact dates of birth?
On Ancestry you can put in the exact date, but it only gives results for the actual year.

You can search exact date of birth in the 1939 register on Findmypast.

On FindMyPast you can do a lot of searching for free. On the 1939 Register you can put in a full or partial date of birth. Not all dates recorded are the correct dates but many are. You can add and remove other information to see if it is correct, also on the 1921 Census. For example on the 1939 Register I know my Granny has the correct date of birth so just now I filled in
birth year +/- 0 years, birthday, Location in 1939, sex and marital status and got 12 results including Granny. It also gives you the address.

The poster asked about looking up a person in the 1939 register using the birthdate, I see no mention of them wanting to know where the person was born and (presumably) their 'birth' was registered.

On Ancestry you can put in the exact date, but it only gives results for the actual year.

If you search the register on Ancestry using the exact date of birth and there are no results then you will get whatever the closest matches are which should be people with a similar name born in the same month/year.  I am not sure if that is what you are asking about.
