Commonwealth War Graves Commission are appealing for relatives of Leading Stoker Richard Scriven- Royal Navy - died 2/5/1919 -  service no :- 307623 - buried Cobh Old Church Cemetery -

The Commission are in the process of producing a headstone to mark his grave.
