Moving a Post
« on: Monday 27 March 23 11:14 BST (UK) »
Hello, I would like to move a Post from one board to another. I know you have to contact a Moderator.

The HELP gives the advice - "If it concerns your own posting, then you will not be able to use this link ("You cannot report your own posts"), so you will have to use the
link in the posting above or below yours, or contact a moderator by Personal Message (PM)."

I've tried both, but I'm obviously not doing it correctly! (I seems odd to have to use someone else's Post)  ???.

Anyway, here's what I want to move please:

"Please see my post of Friday 17 February 2023: Memorabilia of MILNER/YOULDEN/HOLMES/WAKEFIELD families.

Would you consider moving it to another board, for more exposure? The Common Room, or possibly London & Middlesex?"

Thank you,
Melbell

Hi The post looks like it is in the correct board as it looks like you are selling memorabilia.

Regards

Sarah

Thanks for your reply Sarah, but I think I need to make my request more general, so I'll post it elsewhere.

Thank you.
