Thanks for the replies I was unable to view them as I was working until a few minutes ago. I forgot about that post from 2008, I had checked my messages but mustn't include posts. I know he was born Dublin moved to Leixlip. Obviously as I see he died there, but what happened his family. Also how did his business fair. I'm not asking for people to do my research, maybe a few pointers. I appreciate the help with this and other topics from the past.

If you agree that is your man, then you can:
use https://www.irishgenealogy.ie/en/ to look for births to him and his wife - you mentioned she was Mary Brannigan earlier.

You just sign in to Irish  genealogy and prove you are not a robot. It is really helpful.

You have children in the census in Leixlip so again you can look for their marriages and/or deaths on the same site.

There are newspaper snippets on FindMyPast for Irish newspapers which can be seen without membership where you may get hints.

I am not sure which business you refer to but hopefully if you look as above, you can see occupations on this records.
Christopher seems to have followed in the pub business but he died young.

Have you tried searching using your connection to the family first?
