The property descriptions in the will are informative.
Tracing the property can help in tracing family if Mary didn't leave a will.

Mary circa 1807 from 1851 census inherits much of it. Possibly to support her as she was not married.
Jane wife of John Hunt circa 1809 from 1851 census
Next are

William
John
James*  (who married Elizabeth Searle)
Martha wife of William Webb
Sarah wife of William Gardiner

1841 census Easthampstead

John May 35 Keeper  n
Edward 12   Y
William 6   y
-----

Further down the same page is:
Edward May 65 Bailiff  N
Elizabeth 60  N
Mary 6  Y
Elizabeth 4  Y
others mentioned are servants

I think Mary and Elizabeth are the daughters of John May whose wife has died before 1841 census.
Daughter Elizabeth 14 is with John May aged 44 Gamekeeper in 1851 and William 19.

Edward who is 12 in 1841 is with his Aunt Mary in 1851 aged 21 and a Carpenter

John May being the son of Edward and Elizabeth May - the Bailiff not the Bricklayer/Builder

Going to the next page you have Easthampstead Park and Lord Downshire 50 and Lady Downshire 50 neither born in County.

Thank you for info. It certainly builds the picture a bit more. I don’t know how you have managed to read the Will.I can make some of it out, but really struggling.
